At that, in different products, design can have different weight. It doesn't usually make sense to work on the design for several managers on the admin panel unlike the main interface, with which thousands users interact.
Of course, you can't know for sure how long it will take you to develop your project, but you can specify an approximate quantity of person-weeks required for creation of your product.
